Here is a great
Raw Vegan substitute for meat on the protocol. It is
non GMO, protein concentrate, not an
isolate. The nutritional profile is highly
similar to lean chicken breast
(note: the NATURAL flavor is best for
this on P2). They deliver
rapidly, too. You can make smoothies with this
(mix with your strawberries, orange or grapefruit, half pound
