I will use this site to tell
you where you can go for more info and to give you some info and tips that I
discovered while doing my own personal research. Please note that I am
not a doctor and I don't play one on the internet!
These are my personal opinions and experiences only.
I am doing this protocol
High Raw Vegan now (approximately 85%). I started out doing it the
conventional way, eating organic meats, but I simply didn't feel it was
optimal for health. Also, it was much more complex. Cooking is
very time & energy intensive, including much more clean up as well.
Now I use
Pea Protein Powder as my protein source because the nutritional profile
is quite similar to chicken. It is great for making smoothies, soups
and puddings, all of which are much higher in volume & more filling than
(ick) dead meat! Consider this site a
springboard to all the informative links I have compiled to help educate
you, answer your questions, and show you where to find the stuff you
